Kangana Ranaut is all set to play the role of Goddess Sita in the upcoming mythological film ‘The Incarnation- Sita’. The actress announced the same on her Instagram as she shared the teaser poster of the film.

Now, she took to the photo-sharing app to share a picture where she essayed the role of Goddess Sita in the school play. She captioned the picture, “I also played Sita as a child when I was 12 years old in school play ha ha… SiyaRamchandra ki jai.”

Meanwhile earlier, the actress had posted, “The Incarnation – Sita. Glad to be on board for the title role with this immensely talented team of artists. With the blessings of Sita Ram… Jai SiyaRam.”

The film will be helmed by Alaukik Desai and will be released in five languages- Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.

Kangana was last seen in the recently released ‘Thalaivii’, a biopic on actor-turned-politician J. Jayalalithaa. Apart from this, Kangana has ‘Tejas’, ‘Dhaakad’ and ‘Manikarnika Returns: The Legend Of Didda’ in the pipeline. She will also play the role of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in an upcoming political drama ‘Emergency’.
